Caregiving Relationships: Conversations on Aging is designed to help family members recognize how caregiving affects relationships among family members. It also builds talking and listening skills for addressing changing needs in later life held this Thursday, August 7, 2014.

Master Gardeners are trained volunteers who share a love of gardening, an enthusiasm for learning, and a commitment to helping others. Perhaps you've met a Master Gardener working at a community garden, teaching a workshop, or answering questions at your county Extension Office. You too can become a Master Gardener if you are interested in learning about plants and gardening, attend the training program, provide 40 hours of service, and are willing to help others.

Southwest Iowa will be hosting a 4-H Shooting Sports Instructor Training Saturday, August 23 & Sunday, August 24, 2014 in Clarinda, Iowa. We will be offering Training in Archery, Rifle, Shotgun, Muzzleloader, Wildlife Skills and County 4-H SESS Coordinator. Deadline for Registration is August 15!
