Badger Builders Meeting Minutes

 

Meeting Minutes-January 11, 2014

The Badger Builders held their monthly meeting on January 11, 2014 at the ISU Webster County Extension and Outreach office.  The meeting was called to order by club leader Darien Walsh.  Roll call was answered by six members and two leaders.  Under old business, the club discussed their experiences ringing bells for the Salvation Army, caroling at the nursing home, and assembling a care package. 

New business included County interviews, memberships due, contacting members, activity planning for the year, officer changes, pizza party, Fort Frenzy, and Dart mentioned having a BBQ at Kennedy, Alex seconded. 

 

 

 

Meeting Minutes - November 23, 2013

 

The Badger Builders held their Informational club meeting on November 23rd , 2013 at the ISU Extension and Outreach Office.  There were 8 members present and 8 guests present and included the induction of officers ceremony.  Committee reports were presented for community service, making bars, and care packages for soldiers.  Discussion of new business-food stand, Christmas party, caroling, bell ringing, and the giving tree.    The meeting report was submitted by Aubrey Walsh, club reporter.  

 

 

Meeting Minutes - October 25th, 2013

The Badger Builders 4-H club held their monthly meeting on October 25, 2013 at the Webster County Extension and Outreach office.  Club Leader Lori Walsh called the meeting to order.  Roll call was answered by 12 members, two leaders and three guests. The club discussed re-enrollment, fees, and voted on a new club secretary.  They talked about working on a service project to benefit the Salvation Army and manning the 4-H Foodstand during flea markets at the Webster County Fairgrounds.  The club held a Halloween party as their recreational activity .

Meeting Minutes-December 14, 2013

The Badger Builders 4-H club held their monthly meeting December 14, 2013 at the Webster County Extension Office.  The meeting was called to order by the club President.  Roll call was answered by nine members, The treasurer’s report was given by Dart Dohrn.  They discussed a community service project.  Old business included sharing banquet results and bills for the giving tree.  New business talked about included working the foodstand, bell ringing for the Salvation Army, putting together a care package, 4-H’ers for 4-H and caroling dates & times.  Alexa Hungate gave an educational presentation on Christmas Ornaments.  Michael led the group in a recreational activity of card making.
