ServSafe is arguably the most recognized and renowned certification a food service manager can acquire to verify a complete knowledge of food safety practices.  Click on ServSafe Brochure to download the registration form.

 

2012 Winter/Spring Schedule

Classes are from 9 am – 5 pm (lunch is on your own)

Fee $135 (Iowa Restaurant Association members call for discount price)

Fee includes ServSafe Essentials Manual, 8 hours instruction, snacks, certification exam at end of training.

Certification is valid for 5 years.

To register, mail in the ServSafe registration form.pdf with payment (check only) to the address on the form.  Registration questions, call the numbers listed by each location.
