Meeting Minutes - 03/10/08
The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club met on March 10, 2008 from 6:30-8pm at the Trinity United Methodist Church. President, Mitch Shelton called the meeting to order. Jacob Ladlie called roll of “What color do you paint your eggs?” that was answered by 13 members. The Treasurers report was given by Jake Shelton. Jacob Ladlie also led the Pledge of Allegiance. The members reviewed the community service and field trip ideas. They discussed a fundraiser idea. Charlie Shelton gave an educational presentation on the Precambrian Period. Mitch Shelton led the 4-H Pledge. Jerry Rogers and Heather and Jacob Ladlie hosted the meeting. The next meeting will be held on April 14, 2008.

The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club met on Feb 19, 2008 from 6:30-8pm at the Trinity United Methodist Church. President, Mitch Shelton called the meeting to order. Jacob Ladlie called roll of “How many candies in the jar” that was answered by 8 members and 1 guest. The Treasurers report was given by Heather Ladlie. Heather Ladlie led the Pledge of Allegiance. The members voted the purchase of a gavel to use at meetings. The Social Committee was given the limit of $3.00 to spend on the birthdays for members. The members brainstormed ideas for the Community Service Project and Field trip and discussed Legislative Day. Jake Shelton led the 4-H Pledge Aaron and Isaac Poldervaart hosted the meeting. The next meeting will be held on March 10, 2008.
Meeting Minutes – 01/14/08
The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club met on January 14, 2008 from 6:30-8pm at the Trinity United Methodist Church. President, Mitch Shelton called the meeting to order. Jacob Ladlie called roll of “What is your goal for this year” that was answered by 18 members and 2 guests. The Treasurers report was given by Jacob Shelton. Andrew Plagge led the Pledge of Allegiance. The members discussed a tool to use to signal the stop in conversation, creating a communication tree, received Project Materials for this year and created a Social Committee. The Social Committee will keep track of birthdays and special occasions and then get cards to give to the members. Tjaden Will and Miranda Engeldinger will be the Social Committee. Alayne Beshey gave a presentation on Wrigley Gum and Tjaden Will gave a presentation on his Rock Collection. Erin Trunnell led the 4-H Pledge Alex Lyon and Angela Wu hosted the meeting. The next meeting will be held on February 11, 2008.

The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club met on December 10, 2007 from 6:30-8pm at the Trinity United Methodist Church. President, Mitch Shelton called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by 15 members and 1 guests by Jacob Ladlie. The Treasurers report was given. . Erin Trunnell led the Pledge of Allegiance. The members discussed a tool to use to signal the stop in conversation, handed out awards for those unable to attend the Banquet, passed out the 2008 Club Program, went caroling at the Villa Cottages and held a gift exchange at their return. Ales Lyon led the 4-H Pledge. Leaders, Sara Ladlie and Deb Shelton hosted the meeting. The next meeting will be held on January 14, 2008.
Meeting Minutes – 11/12/07
The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club met on November 12, 2007 from 6:30-8pm at the Trinity United Methodist Church. President, Andrew Plagge called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by 17 members and 8 guests by Heather Ladlie. The Treasurers report was given by Mitch Shelton. Mica Redenius led the Pledge of Allegiance. The members signed up for presentations next year, formed a Program Committee, decorated placemats for the banquet and voted to go caroling next month at the Villa Cottages. Bailey Donnelly was the host for the meeting. The next meeting will be held on December 10, 2007.
