The Elkhorn Earlybirds met on April 13, 2008 at the Callendar Library. The meeting was called to order by the vice president, Allie Lansman. Roll call was answered by 10 members, 1 leader, and 5 guests. The secretary’s report was given by Mrs. Kastendieck, and the treasurer’s report was given by Katie Jaeschke. The leader’s report was about Conference in June. In old business, they discussed the Cultural Fair and the Omaha Zoo. The new business that was discussed was the Conference in June. The educational presentations were given by Katie Jaeschke (donuts), Hannah Peterson (cheer), and Abby Peterson (Sound of Music). Roll call was answered by ten members and ten guests. The secretary’s report was given by Mrs. Kastendieck. The treasurer’s report was not given. They discussed Cultural Fair (Chicken Dance), Fuller Hall (February 24), Photo Camp, June 18-20), and other dates. They also discussed the fair theme.
