Meeting Minutes - 11/01/09
The Country Charmers 4-H Club held their monthly meeting Sunday, November 1^st at the Callender Community Center.  The meeting was called to order by President Paige Schneider.  Roll call was answered by eleven members and four leaders.  The new activity committee gave their report.  Enrollment forms were discussed under old business.  New business included:  a babysitting clinic being held in December at the Extension office, ordering club T-shirts, a vote on caroling, the Gowrie Christmas Tree, a vote on the Christmas party, and a vote for the club to spend $50 for boy & girl clothes for a Christmas program.  Katelyn Pliner, Reporter

Meeting Minutes - 09/13/09

The Country Charmers held their monthly meeting on September 13, 2009 at the Callender Community Center.  The meeting was called to order by Paige Schneider.  Roll call was answered by twelve members and three leaders.  Under old business the club discussed fair results.  New business included the election of officers, the Waffle Breakfast, reviewing club rules, 4-H day at the Iowa Speedway, and the Apple Fun Run.  Libbie Lowry and Sadie Lewman gave an Educational Presentation on “Being Part of a Hippology Team”.  Libbie and Sadie were the hostesses for the meeting.
