Meeting Minutes - 04/12/08
The April 12, 2008 meeting of the Badger Builders 4H Club was held at the Webster County Extension Office.  Jesse Smith called the meeting to order and roll call was answered by 10 members, 3 leaders, and one guest was present.  The Secretary’s report was read by Jesse Smith and the Treasurer’s report was read by Clint Dencklau.  The Community Service Committee had met and took ideas to the club.  Those ideas were to help at a benefit for family in need of help with medical bills incurred by their newborn daughter that has required open heart surgery and to help at animal shelter to clean out cages.  Committee members are Darien Walsh, Clint Dencklau and MaKenzie Kraft.  Old Business included:  discussion on club T-shirts, attendance and project meetings; 4-Hers for 4-H fee and fees for publications and insurance.  New Business addressed:  ID folders, King and Queen nominations for Fair, possible Fair Booth, Animal Shelter Clean-up and Benefit.  The meeting was adjourned upon the motion by Nick Larson.  Ica McMahon, Reporter
