Nutritious recipes include such things as: Zucchini Pie, Jicama & Black Bean Dip, Mexican Frittatas, and Guiltless Pumpkin Pie. Also included are fitness facts and tips to increase daily physical activity at work and at home. You can even track your daily fitness activities in the space provided within each month.
