C/C Sidekicks

The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club held their monthly meeting June 14, 2015 at the Trinity United Methodist Church. The meeting was called to order by Caryn Dawson, club president.  Roll call was answered by 12 members, two leaders, and one guest. The treasurer’s report was given by Mercedes Loehr.  Old business reviewed included the 4-H t-shirt orders and a volunteer project for the Almost Home Animal Shelter.  Under new business, the club celebrated birthdays.  They also organized their fair booth committee and discussed plans to tie in with the Webster County Fair theme.  An educational presentation was given on “Cats” by Andrew Creger.  Andrew also led they group in a recreational activity with a game of Ker-Plunk.  The meeting was hosted by Chance Tasler.  Megan Dawson, Reporter

The C/C Sidekicks held their monthly meeting on May 10, 2015 at the Trinity United Methodist Church. After the meeting was called to order, roll call was answered by 13 members and two leaders.  The treasurer’s report was given by Megan Dawson.  The club reflected on their soldier care packet activity. Under new business, fair packets were distributed and discussed.  Diedra and Andrew led the group in a game of Tag.  The meeting was hosted by Patrick.  Megan Dawson, Reporter

The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club held their monthly meeting on April 10, 2015 at the Trinity United Methodist Church.  The meeting was called to order by Adam Ladlie.  Roll call was answered by 10 members and 2 leaders.  The Secretary's and Treasurer's report was given by Mercedes Loehr.  Old Business discussed:  Soldier Care package & Omaha Zoo package.  New Business discussed:  Connor Malenger & Andrew Creger birthdays; Wood Workshop; and new member Jeanie Boro, an 8th grader at FDMS.  Kennedy Johnson and Megan Dawson gave an Education Presentation on How Do You Make Muddy Popcorn.  Andrew Creger led an recreation activity of charades.  Hosts for the meeting was Andrew Creger.  Megan Dawson, Reporter.

The C/C Sidekicks 4-H Club held their monthly meeting on March 8, 2015 at the Trinity United Methodist Church.  The meeting was called to order by Caryn Dawson.  Roll call was answered by 10 members, and 2 leaders.  The Treasurer’s report was given by Mercedes Loehr.  Mercedes shared the grant information with the group.  4-H t-shirt forms were passed out. There were four birthdays celebrated in the month of March.  A goal writing activity was strongly encouraged.  The group discussed the Historian book and a club photo was taken.  Volunteer opportunities were shared: one peopled wanted to help plant trees; the other help with a cake for the cake auction.  The meeting was hosted by the Moffitt’s.  Megan Dawson, Reporter
