Meeting Minutes - January 27, 2013
The Silver Spurs 4-H Club held their monthly meeting on January 27, 2012 at the Lowry family’s home. Their very first meeting was called to order by club leaders as officers had not yet been elected to this newly formed club. Roll call was answered by five members, two leaders and three guests. New business included electing officers, voting on a club name, and setting meeting dates. Club members discussed previous club experiences and established new club goals. The meeting was hosted by Jeannine and Libbie Lowry.

Meeting Minutes - February 2013
The Silver Spurs 4-H Club held their February meeting at the home of Andrea and Ashlee Grady. Roll call was answered by five members, two leaders, and four guests. The Secretary’s report was given by Libbie Lowry. Under old business discussed was the Facebook page that has been set up for the club. Under new business, the group scheduled the meeting dates and hosts for the March through June meetings. Club members also brainstormed ideas for service projects. Ideas included: painting trash barrels, making sings for the horse barns, and planting trees at the fairgrounds. An educational presentation was given on “Crayon Art” by Ashlee Grady. Ashlee then led the group in a recreational activity using the same themes from her presentation. The meeting was hosted by Andrea and Ashlee Grady.
