C/C Sidekicks Meeting Minutes
Meeting Minutes - April 10, 2013
The April 10, 2013 meeting of the C/C Sidekicks was held at Trinity UMC. The meeting was called to order by President Bailey Donnelly with 8 members and 2 leaders in attendance. The treasurer’s report was given by Patrick Carter and the educational programs were given by Patrick Carter, Omaha Zoo Trip, and Samantha Smith, new bunnies. Old business – discussion about the T-shirt order, planning to make a cake for the D/SAOC Auction. New business – Guest Speaker, Nic Schelle talked about planting a garden. This meeting was hosted by Patrick Carter.

Meeting Minutes - March 17, 2013
The March 17, 2013 meeting on the C/C Sidekicks was held at the Trinity UMC. The meeting was called to order by President Bailey Donnelly with 10 members, 2 leaders, and 1 guest in attendance. The Treasurer’s report was given by Caryn Dawson and the Secretary’s report was tabled. Educational presentations were given by Adam Ladlie on how to pick a processor for CPU, and Caryn Dawson presented on how to repurposed old jeans. Old business – club photo, committee for making a cake to donate to the D/SAOC Auction. New business – Webster County Fair theme; Hidden Treasure, and the 4-H T-shirt order. The meeting was hosted by Mercedes Loehr.

Meeting Minutes - February 10, 2013
The February 10, 2013 meeting of the C/C Sidekicks was held at Trinity UMC. The meeting was called to order by Vice President Patrick Carter with 9 members, 1 leader, and 1 guest in attendance. The treasurer’s report was given by Ethan Recker and there were no education presentations this month. Old business – collection of enrollment fees and members shared their county project meetings. New business – members approved giving $2.50 per member to 4-Her’s for 4-H and $30 for dues, voted to make a cake for donation to the D/SAOC Auction, and signed up to work at the foodstand. The recreation activity was spoons, led by Noelle Barber. The meeting hosts were Caryn, Megan, and Kennedy.

Meeting Minutes - January 13, 2013
The January 13, 2013 of the C/C Sidekicks was held at Trinity UMC. The meeting was called to order by Vice President Patrick Carter with 9 members, 2 leaders, and 1 guest in attendance. The Treasurer’s report was given by Caryn Dawson and the educational program was My Christmas Vacation by Jacob Ladlie. Old business – collection of enrollment forms and fees, turn in officer quizzes, and discussed county interviews. New business – Mercedes shared about workshops attended over Christmas and shared about the Pioneer Grant idea. The meeting hosts were Adam and Jacob Ladlie.

Meeting Minutes - December 13, 2013
The December 13, 2013 meeting of the C/C Sidekicks was held at Trinity UMC. The meeting was called to order by President Bailey Donnelly with 8 members, 2 leaders, and 1 guest in attendance. The Treasurer’s report was given by Deb Shelton and it was reported that members shopped for a boy and girl gift for the giving tree. Old business – officer quizzes are due in January. New business – discussed presentation topics. The recreation activity was a gift exchange led by Ethan Farr. Hosts for the meeting were the Barber and Ladlie families.

The C/C sidekicks monthly meeting was help on November 11, 2012. There were 10 members present and 2 leaders. There was a total of 12 guest present. The meeting was started at 7:05 p.m. by vice president Patrick Carter. The treasurer's report was given.
