2014 Farm Bill
October 14, 2014

Farmers and landowners will learn about the new programs authorized by the Agricultural Act of 2014 (commonly referred to as the Farm Bill) at an informational meeting conducted by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach and local USDA Farm Service Agency staff members. Meetings will be held on Monday, November 24, at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the Washington County Extension Office.

Johnson County Extension and Outreach will host an Ag Outlook and Management Seminar on Friday, November 7 starting at 12:00 p.m.  The seminar is designed to provide agribusiness professionals, and producers with an evaluation of current and outlook market conditions as well as expected trends in crop and livestock income potential.
