Every year is different and 2013 is not an exception to that rule. The drought has broken, flooding is back, and the CSR ratings are being revised and will be called the CSR2 starting in October. Change in agriculture is occurring at a record pace and landlords and tenants need to do their best to keep up with the changes.  Click here for a copy of the flyer.

Raising Money-$mart Kids

The Washington Free Public Library will offer a free program, “Raising Money -$mart Kids” on Tuesday July 9th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. No matter how parents feel at times, studies show they are usually their children's most important teachers when it comes to money management habits and skills.

TQA Certification Opportunity for Pork Producers on June 25
June 13, 2013

TQA certification training will be offered on June 25th, 2013 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. at the Iowa County Extension Office in Williamsburg for anyone wishing to be certified.   A fee of $25.00 per participant will be assessed for the certification training.  The TQA certification status is for three years.

PQA Plus Certification Opportunity June 25

Pork Quality Assurance (PQA) Plus certification training will be offered on June 25th, 2013 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. at the Iowa County Extension Office in Williamsburg for any adult (18 years and older) wishing to be certified.   A fee of $25.00 per participant will be assessed for the certification training.  The PQA Plus certification status is for three years.
