A Babysitting Basics Training Course will be offered to help youth learn how to be responsible babysitters.   Topics to be covered include employer expectations, caring for infants and young children, age appropriate toys and activities, safety, emergency, and first aid procedures.

Get ready for a fun-filled summer of Day Camps! Washington County Extension will be offering a wide variety of camps for grades Pre-K through 5th grade. Registration forms are due June 1st to the Extension Office, but be sure to register early as camps fill up quickly!

Canning season will soon be here and Washington County Extension is offering testing of dial gauge pressure canners. Pressure canners with a dial-type pressure gauge should be tested each year for accuracy.
