No appointment needed ~ Open to the public

 

√ Eye Screening for ages 6 months to 48 month (May be older if not already being served in a preschool program or if home schooled)

√Lead Screening for ages 1 year and above

√ Dental Screening and Education for all age

√Developmental Screening for ages 2 months to 5 years

You may choose one or all screenings ** No limit to number of children you may bring
