The NEST believes that prenatal care and education are the most important factors in ensuring the birth of a healthy baby.  By Providing an incentive program, we hope to encourage earlier entry into the healthcare system, as well as encourage education and awareness.

Classes focus on ages and stages, nutrition, child care and management, shaken baby syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome, the effect of drugs, discipline, emotional well being, and stress management.

Classes are held:

Tuesday from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM

Friday from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Store hours:

Tuesday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM

Friday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM

If you have questions or would like to join the NEST program, please call Mary Clouse at 641-682-5491.
