The NEST is a free program that helps you prepare for the arrival of your baby. The NEST allows you to earn points that you "spend" like money at the NEST store. By enrolling in the NEST you are doing something wonderful for yourself and your children.

Devin De Weerd, an Iowa State University student and Sioux County 4-H’er, received the Healthy Iowa Emerging Leader Award from the Wellness Council of Iowa in partnership with the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Nutrition, and the Academy for a Healthy Iowa.
