Fair Entry Sheets & Tip Sheets

The following is the list of 2012 Fair Entry sheets.  These sheets are to be turned in before or on July 1. 

Since July 1 falls on a Sunday this year, members have until July 3rd co submit their entry forms. 

Fair Entry Sheet 1
This sheet is for all animals that must be identified by May 15.
Cattle, Dairy, Dogs, Goats, Horses, Sheep, Swine

Fair Entry Sheet 2
This sheet is for all animals that must be identified by July 1 for the Van Buren County Fair.
Cats, Pets, Poultry & Rabbits

Fair Entry Sheet 3
This sheet is for Clothing Events & Communications Entry. This is due on July 1.

Born & Raised Verification Form
This is to be completed if you are entering a market beef in the Born & Raised Class.  This must be turned in with your fair entry form.

The following are exhibit forms you may fill out to put with your exhibit . You have the option of filling out this form or writing your own with the necessary information the judges will be asking for.  If you are selected for state fair, you will have to write up your own. This document is your project record  and is to be put in your record book. DO NOT LOSE IT!

Clothing Event Form
This form is to come with you when you come to your designated modeling time. Be sure to have a picture, the form & receipts if you are doing the $15 challenge.
