Foodservice Food Safety Training

This training program is designed to provide basic food safety and sanitation information useful to all foodservice employees including volunteers. Topics covered include employee health and hygiene, prevention of cross contamination and time/temperature abuse of foods, and proper cleaning and sanitizing practices. Material is based on Food Code 2005 with 2009 update.
Cost: $35 per person (includes class materials and certificate)
