Tama County Extension and Outreach seeks an Executive Director responsible for educational program planning & delivery, budget & facilities management, day to day supervision of staff. Coordinates programming in agriculture and natural resources, community & economic development, human sciences, & 4-H youth development in cooperation with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. Responsible for marketing/public relations & networking with community organizations/ agencies. Reports to Tama County Extension  and Outreach Council. Bachelor's Degree required. 5 years supervisory experience or equivalent & 2 years' experience in coordinating delivery of educational services & programs or equivalent.
