Epsilon Sigma Phi Alpha Mu Chapter at Iowa State University recognized extension professionals for meritorious service and distinguished partners for their extension promotion across the state at their awards banquet on March 26. Epsilon Sigma Phi Alpha Mu Chapter is an honor society representing extension professionals. The honor society annually recognizes meritorious service members and distinguished partners that have helped promote extension work in their community and across the state.

Graduation was held on Monday, March 20, 2017 for individuals who met the Master Gardener class requirements offered through Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. The Story County Master Gardener Association along with Story County Extension and Outreach hosted the evening program and dinner at Reiman Gardens in Ames.

Susan Wolfe, ISU Master Gardener since 2010, shares her story of the Angel Garden. Susan was the Top Volunteer award winner in Story County and Top 10 winner across the State with 1360 volunteer hours in 2016!
