: Succession Planning and Hiring Jason Haglund - “ Treatment Services Director, Youth and Shelter Services Dealing with employee performance issues and replacing staff is costly and time consuming. Conflict seems to be a part of every office environment. Having the knowledge to manage conflict is a must for anyone in today - ™s workplace. It is essential every business have a plan to develop your future workforce; predicting what you need before you need it. This session will review the importance of Succession Planning, the benefits of investing heavily in identified existing staff, and the opportunities to look for when turnover does occur. This workshop will involve brief lectures, some exercises, role play, and discussion. Fee: $70, including lunch and handout materials CEU: 0.7 additional $25
