4-H Pathway to the Future Campaign

Individuals, families, organizations, businesses and groups may purchase recognition bricks which will be permanently installed at the Story County Fair grounds. If you order a brick by September 15, it will be placed in the 4-H Pathway to the future this fall. An engraved granite block or clay brick would make a wonderful way to remember those special times and people you know or have known in the Story County 4-H program. Bricks are available for a donation of $100 and blocks for $250. Your donation is tax deductible.

Leave your legacy in the Pathway: Download an order form. Forms are also available at the Story County Extension Office.

You may put up to 3 lines (14 characters per line) on a brick and up to 6 lines (14 characters per line) on a block. Logos such as a 4-H clover cost an addition $25.

If you have questions, contact Carolyn (382-6616) or Dave (382-6551), Story County Foundation 4-H Board Members. The Pathway campaign is part of the ongoing effort to grow the Story County 4-H Endowment.

The next step: Record the stories behind the people, special events, or other things commemorated by your brick(s) or block(s). We will place this information in a notebook to be shared with people and post some of the stories online. What a great way to remember the history of Story County 4-H and share it with others!
