Boone, Hardin, Marshall, and Story County Junior 4-H members who are completing 4th, 5th, or 6th grades are invited to the Race to Which Camp!Tri-County Junior 4-H Camp Wednesday, August 5 through Friday, August 7 at the Iowa 4-H Camping Center.

The Plant Sale Extravaganza will be held in Reiman Gardens’ parking lot rain or shine. As a member perk, Reiman Gardens’ members can purchase plants before the public on Friday, May 8th from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. The sale will open to the public on Saturday, May 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday, May 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach offers nutrition classes to families on limited incomes with children under age 10 or who are expecting a child. The next session of the Family Nutrition Program begins April 21st, 2015 at the Story County Extension Office, in Nevada.
