One day conference on a variety of topics related to land values. 6 hrs CEU for real estate and appraisers

07/10/2008- Team Up with Nutrition
Child Care Provider training on nutrition and physical activity.

07/12/2008- Story County Youth Fair at the Mall
Photography exhibits, Visual Arts exhibits, and Clothing contest for Story County Youth will be judged and displayed at the North Grand Mall

07/29/2008- Altering Recipe for Health
Using less sugar; salt and fat.

11/09/2008- Babysitting Basics Training Course
Open to all youth in 5th & 6th grade (class number limited) Come and learn about: The responsibilities of a baby-sitter, what employers expect, caring for infants and young children, age appropriate boys and activities, safety and how to handle emergencies, basic first aid and rescue breathing.

01/08/2009- 2009 Crop Advantage Series
The Crop Advantage Series of meetings is designed for producers and agribusinesses. They offer research-based information to help producers make sound management decisions for the 2009 growing season. CCA credits and PRIVATE pesticide applicator recertification will also be offered.
