Farmers who visit the Iowa State University exhibit at the Farm Progress Show can visit with farmers who practice ways to improve water quality, including Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey.
Exhibits in the Iowa State tent, located at the corner of Center and Seventh Avenues of the Farm Progress Show, contain information related to best management practices for improving water quality and pest resistance, and information about Iowa State's involvement in protecting crops against pest resistance and state efforts to improve water quality. Demonstration plots outside the tent offer a look at biomass and cover crops.
