The State Science + Technology Fair of Iowa is OPEN to ANY student (grades 6-12) residing in or attending school (public, private, parochial and home school) in the state of Iowa.  At this time there is NO qualifier fair (local, conference, district or regional) required for participation!

Plan on joining us at the 60th SSTFI.  The high school fair will be on March 30, 2017 and the junior high fair will be held on March 31, 2017.  Both events will be held at Iowa State University's Hilton Coliseum in Ames.

The State Science and Technology Fair of Iowa (SSTFI) was held on Thursday, March 31, and Friday, April 1. Junior school students displayed and communicated their projects on April 1.

The State Science and Technology Fair of Iowa is happening NOW in Hilton Coliseum. Come learn about science from junior high students, spanning topics from chemistry, animal science, and transportation. The event is open to the public until 6:00p. See you soon!
