Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for Sioux County Youth Programs. 

Completed forms should be submitted to xsioux@iastate.edu or delivered to ISU Extension and Outreach Sioux County, 400 Central Ave. NW, Suite 700, Orange City, IA 51041. 
Record Keeping Forms

The purpose of 4-H record keeping is to teach members how to keep records, which is an important life skill. Record keeping is an ongoing process that does not end when the 4-H year ends. Youth are encouraged to select from a variety of alternatives to meet their individual record keeping needs and learning styles.

Scholarships

Iowa 4-H Foundation Scholarships

Sioux County 4-H Scholarships

Up to two Sioux County 4-H Scholarships of $500 will be awarded each year.

To be eligible for this scholarship:

  • Applicant must be a graduating senior planning to pursue a post-high school education. 
  • Applicant must have been a member of the Sioux County 4-H program for at least five years. 

Sioux County 4-H Scholarship Application

Completed application and two letters of recommendation are due to the ISU Extension and Outreach Sioux County office by March 1. Letters of reference should be emailed to xsioux@iastate.edu directly from the reference, on or before the scholarship deadline. 

The selection committee reserves the right to interview the top candidates. 

The scholarship money will be awarded upon completion of the first semester of further education, provided a 2.00/4.00 grade point average is earned during the first semester. Recipients must submit a copy of their first semester grade slip to the Extension Office.
