The IMPACT Youth Leadership program teaches youth the skills to understand their own leadership styles, how teams work and an understanding of how the group can perform more effectively.  A strong component of the IMPACT program is that not only does the program identify leadership skills, but it also teaches those skills to the participants and then gives them an opportunity to put those skills into practice in their community.  ATLAS of Siouxland was a recipient of their generosity.

The Department of 4-H Youth Development with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Field Specialist – 4-H Youth Development within the Field Team West. This position is part of the field team west and will serve northwest Iowa in Cherokee, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, Plymouth, and Sioux Counties with a base office location to be negotiable within the counties served.
