Multi-County Livestock Workshop
All 4-H and FFA members are invited to attend the annual mult-county livestock workshop. It will be held on May 28 at the Sioux County Fairgrounds in Sioux Center. Plan on a fun night of hands-on, learning experiences.
Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to learn about grooming, nutrition, and showmanship for beef, bucket/bottle calf, sheep, swine, dairy, horse, goat, poultry and rabbit. There is NO pre-registration and the workshop is FREE. Sign-up begins at 5:45 p.m. with the workshops running from 6:15 pm – 8:15 pm. Concessions will be available and door prizes will be awarded at the end of the evening!
Sponsors for the animal workshop include: Iowa State University Extension of Sioux, Dickinson, O’Brien, Osceola, Lyon Counties, as well as other local business sponsors.
