ALL NEW – Dodge Ball Tournament – June 11
High School youth are invited to the 1st Annual Dodge Ball Tournament sponsored by the Sioux County Youth Council. The tournament will take place beginning at 5:00 pm at the Sioux Center Middle School. Teams of six can enter, with a minimum of 2 girls per team. Cost to register a team is $15.00. Prizes will be awarded to winning teams. Signed parent waivers MUST be submitted by anyone under the age of 18 to be eligible to participate.
June Photography Workshop - tentative date - an evening the 1st week of June. Ken Fry, Centrum Arts and Foto, will lead the workshop. Youth will get a chance to take photos and critique them. They will learn about the rule of thirds, composition and lighting.
June 23 Make It Take It Workshop
The workshop will be held from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm at the Sioux Center High School. Sessions planned include Woodworking, Food and Nutrition, Horticulture, Archery, and Visual Arts. There will be special workshop sessions for our NEW Discover 4-H members. Watch for more information and a registration form.
