The Sioux County, Iowa, Barn Quilt Committee’s mission follows:

· *To produce and display barn quilts on Sioux County, Iowa, farm buildings

· *To encourage agri-tourism throughout Sioux County, Iowa, by coordinating barn quilt production and publicity (signage, maps, brochures, and other communication methods)

*To preserve Iowa’s farm heritage by encouraging barn building preservation (Barn quilts have been instrumental in the restoration of barn buildings)
