All 4-H'ers showing livestock at a 2016 fair must be FSQA certified.

     1.  Master Gardeners are trained volunteers who share a love of gardening, an enthusiasm for learning,
     and a commitment to helping others. Core training consists of 40 hours of horticulture education. Topics
     include soil basics, lawn care, flower and vegetable gardening, ornamental trees and shrubs, fruit
     crops, houseplants, weed and pest control.

     2.  Interested in Master Gardener training but not the required volunteer community service
