If your agency or company is paying via a Purchase Order, the Extension Distribution Center (EDC) requires a copy of the complete purchase order, not just the PO number to be faxed. Purchase Orders must be numbered, include current shipping charges, and have an authorized signature. Please allow five working days to process the your Purchase Order through the accounting department and five working days in the mail stream.
