PACT: Parenting All Children Together

In collaboration with Genesis Bright Beginnings, Lutheran Services of Iowa HOPES, and funded by Scott County Kids Early Childhood Iowa, ISU Extension and Outreach in Scott County is pleased to offer free parent education classes to any Scott County resident with children birth to five years. The sessions include a free meal, free child care during the classes, a weekly incentive and a larger incentive at the end of the series if parents meet attendance requirements.
