Now is the time to apply for County Awards. Forms are available below or by calling the Extension office. Some awards are gift certificates, medals, savings bonds and other 4-H items. Be sure to get your application in by September 30th so you can be considered for these honors.
If you want to be considered for a county award in a project area please submit only the following information, in addition to the application form, to the Extension office by September 30th.
* Your project record for this project area (from this year and all previous years that you have been enrolled in the project).
* Yearly summary for this year (and previous years if the information applies).
* Other supporting material that applies to this project area only! (Do not send records of other projects.)

Step 2. Print and complete the award application form.
Step 3: Give completed award application form and
record book to your 4-H leader.
Step 4. Print and complete merit and excellence award
application according to your level.
Step 5. Give application to your leader.
Step 6. If applying for county awards, complete the
appropriate county awards form and follow
the instructions listed.
