For the 2007-2008 4-H year, re-enrollment forms will be due to the Scott County Extension office on or before December 3, 2007, 4:30 p.m.. (Lates and postmarks will not be accepted.)
New members (those who have not been enrolled in 4-H before) must also be enrolled by December 3, 2007 to exhibit at fair. If you have friends thinking about 4-H, encourage them to sign-up before December 3rd. New members may join after December 3 until May 15, but won’t be able to exhibit at fair.
Please note that the enrollment process consists of four parts:

Code of Ethics signed by member and parent/guardian

Medical Information/Release Form signed by member and parent/guardian
$35.00 Development Fee
You are not a fully enrolled member until all four parts of the enrollment process are complete and submitted to the Extension office.
