Are you in 8th - 12th grade?  Do you want to aim for adventure?  The Iowa State 4-H Council and Iowa State University invite you to come join the fun June 28-30, 2011.  These three days will be packed with new friends, dances, banquets, games, workshop, and opportunities to give back to the community.  So pack your bags and have a great time!  You do not need to be a 4-H member to participate in this event.

Information and registration forms are listed below.   Please return the following to the Extension Office no later than May 16th, 4:30 p.m.  (lates and postmarks will not be accepted.)

• Bus Schedule (pick up and drop off times)
• Registration Form/Code of Responsibilities
• Iowa 4-H Medical Information/Release Form
• Check made payable to Scott County Extension for $140 for the Conference, plus $10 for a t-shirt if you choose.  Also a separate check to Jackson County Extension for $50 for the cost of  bus transportation.
