The program includes tax credit for leasing of ag land, depreciable machinery or equipment, breeding livestock and buildings.

SIOUX COUNTY - Successful lambing doesn’t just happen.  It involves science and good husbandry skills. To learn about both, two lambing schools will be offered on Feb. 3 at the Dave Laughton farm north of Le Mars, Iowa.  Two identical sessions – 3:30-5:30 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. – will be conducted. Participants may choose which session they wish to attend but each is limited to 25 people.  For bio-security reasons, clean clothes and clean footwear are required.  Workshops will be in a barn but please dress for winter temperatures.
