Want to make a difference in the lives of youth across Northwest Iowa through dynamic educational programming with Upper Elementary and Middle School youth!  Through a summers worth of day camp offerings across Clay, Ida, Sac, Pocahontas, and Buena Vista County, please apply to be part of the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach 2017 Summer Associate Educators.  In partnership with the Iowa 4-H Youth Development program, we are seeking existing or future educators who have a passion for positively influencing youth to be excited about learning, asking questions, and discovery.  You don’t need to be a content expert, just a willingness to learn, guide youth into discovery and positively work with youth!

CREATIVE ARTS POSITION: Photography Basics, Camera Obscura, Painting through the Ages, Design Decisions;

STEM AND VET SCIENCE POSITION: Crime and Spy Science, Race it, Fling it, Fly It (motion and flight science), Biogentics/Biotechnology, Explorations and Next Steps Vet Science.

Submit applications by the end of the day January 31, 2017 to Nichol Kleepsies (kleepsie@iastate.edu).
