Program:
Three-hour workshop covering legal responsibilities of township trustees and clerks with primary focus on fire and emergency management, cemetery management, and fence law.
Audience: Township trustees, township clerks, elected and appointed county officials
Estimated Fee: $25.00 per participant includes a copy of the Township Trustee and Clerk Reference Manual.
Location: Countywide workshop. Statewide workshop could be conducted via ICN.
Availability: Available year round on first come-first serve basis. Number of workshops per year may be limited by staff availability.
Delivery Schedule: Three-hour workshop, typically held in morning or evening. Standard packaged program format but consultation with county officials may be necessary to tailor agenda to local needs and issues.
