Program: Learn basic and advanced techniques to improve your customer service and community hospitality skill sets.
Audience: Employees, employers, docents, tour guides for any type of business, but particularly those in the retail, service, or hospitality industries.
Estimated Fee: $750-$1500 + expenses A single three hour session, $750 plus expenses for presenter. Two, three-hour sessions or one full-day workshop, $1500 plus expenses for presenter.
Location: Local community setting, with VHS/VCR player, wi-fi/internet connectivity, erase-able white board, screen, and/or LCD projector.
Availability: Throughout the year, Tuesday through Saturday.
Delivery Schedule: Best if delivered pre-Memorial Day for the tourism season or post-Labor Day for the holiday shopping season.
