: April 5th -7th, 2013 - Poweshiek County Fairgrounds Early Bird Registration available until January 15th: $175 per person and $350 per family; this option is only available for Poweshiek 4-H members Pre-register with your $100 by January 15th Remainder due by March 15th Course is limited to 20 participants You can observe for $25 per day or $60 for all three days When you register, a release form and information on suggested clippers will be provided. Participants are responsible for bringing their own chute, blower, clippers, animal, feed, bedding, and such. Stierwalt Clinics provide a hands-on course with supervision at all times. You will learn proven techniques and tips on clipping, hoof trimming, show day dressing, showmanship, feeding and general care. Kirk will also share solutions to problems that he has encountered over the years. In addition to the hands-on experience, he likes to get together each day for group discussions covering a variety of topics. In the 23 years of experience, he has continually updated and improved these clinics in order to bring you the best and most sought after clinic you can attend. These clinics are an excellent crash course on everything in the show cattle industry.
