The My Pyramid represents the recommended proportion of foods from each food group and focuses on the importance of making smart food choices in every food group, every day.


Physical activity ( symbolized by stair steps) is included to remind people to be active every day.  Each vertical bar represents a food group- Grain, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk, Meat & Beans and Oils.
