ServSafe classes in the Central Iowa area are taught by Susan Klein, Nutrition & Health Field Specialist, Cathy Strohbehn, PhD, RD, CFSP, and Sam Beattie, PhD.
Language:
All classes are taught in English unless otherwise noted. Materials are available in several languages with prior arrangements.
Cost:
$125 per person or $80 per person if employer is a member of the Iowa Hospitality Association.
