Iowa State University Extension, in partnership with the Iowa Hospitality Association Educational Foundation, is your statewide provider of these popular food safety training programs.
ServSafe classes in the Central Iowa area are taught by Susan Klein, Nutrition & Health Field Specialist and Laurie Mills, R.D., L.D., Food Safety Instructor.
Language:
All classes are taught in English unless otherwise noted. Materials are available in several languages with prior arrangements.
Cost:
$125 per person or $90 per person if employer is a member of the Iowa Hospitality Association (IRA). Books can be shipped prior to class session for an additional cost to cover shipping and handling. If you would like to have the book shipped to you please inquire about rates.
