This project is a cooperative agreement between the Polk County Extension District Master Gardeners and the Des Moines Downtown Farmers Market.

The Farmers Market is located at Court Avenue & 4th Street in downtown Des Moines, Iowa.  See map of area by Yahoo maps and/or schedule for the Farmers Market.

The purpose of this project is to provide home horticulture assistance to visitors at the Farmers Market using

• Instructional displays
• Handouts
• Answering questions
