FSQA (Food Safety Quality Assurance) Training

FSQA training is required for any member that plans on showing a meat animal at any 4-H show.  This would include beef, sheep, goats, swine, rabbit, and poultry.  Any member in grades 4-6 is required to attend a training each year.  There are 7 good production practices and difference ones that are taught each year.  Members in grades 7-12 have testing options.  Testing options will be posted in the December Clover Connection. 
 
This training is offered three times each year. 

  • December 30th from 1:30-3:30PM
  • April 21st from 1:30-3:30PM. 
  • Third date is TBA. 

Please call and RSVP for a training so that enough materials and chairs can be ready.  Parents are welcome to stay but it is not required.
