The Iowa 4-H World Citizenship Program allows families the benefits of travel without leaving home by hosting an exchange delegate from Japan this summer July 27-August 21, 2008.

The Community Foundation of Greater Plymouth County is a tax-exempt public charity created by and for the people of the local area. This foundation was created in 2005 to provide support for community betterment projects in Plymouth County. Since 2005 this foundation been giving to the people of Plymouth County by grantmaking.

Sign up today to attend the Emeral Ash Borer Bark Peel Seminar in Le Mars and Sheldon. This seminar will be held on May 20, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in Le Mars and 2:00 p.m. in Sheldon. The purpose of this seminar is to assist in the detection of the emerald ash borer damage, management, and reporting.

The Plymouth County Extension Office celebrated 150 years of Iowa State University with Chamber Coffee. Over 40 people from the Plymouth County area enjoyed 150th Birthday Cake, coffee, and cider.
