Evaluation Instruments 

Both an end-of-meeting (or series) and a post-program evaluation have been developed for this program. These evaluation tools are found in Evaluating the Impact, Component 8 of the Adult Children and Aging Parents curriculum materials. The three month post-program evaluation will not be collected statewide, but may be used locally when impact evaluation is desired. Field specialists should collect end-of-meeting evaluations from participants and summarize results of selected questions as requested on the 2007 Families Activity Report and Evaluation Summary. Please continue to report numbers of persons participating in Adult Children and Aging Parents educational programs on the extension calendar.
