Evaluation Instruments 

ROWEL Poverty Simulation
Staff conducting the Poverty Simulation are asked to report the activity on the ISUE calendar, under '341 - Poverty'.

Staff may use the post/pre participant evaluation included in the simulation notebook. However, we are not compiling or keeping simulation evaluations on campus. Information about conducting a follow-up evaluation to assess behavior change, can be found at: http://www.extension.iastate.edu/cyfar/simulation/report/

Public Policy Forum Follow-Up Evaluation
Staff conducting Public Issues Forums are asked to report the activity on the ISUE calendar, under '340 - Families, Communitites and Civic Engagement'.

Staff should download and send the Public Policy Forum evaluation form (pdf) to participants who have attended a public issue forum, for example, the Making Ends Meet forum. Send it approximately three months following the forum. You will be able to summarize this information on the Families Activity Reporting Form. For further information, contact Jeanne Warning.
